I started cilostazol 100mg twice a day two weeks ago after a stent was inserted into each of femoral arteries for PAD. Since then, I sometimes have fast heart pounding in the afternoons if I am leaning over for long; and today after two hours of tennis (easy doubles) I became unusually tired, as I did when I took statins, years ago. After I stopped, I no longer had this problem. I am 77, in good shape, was playing with much younger men this morning, and the temperature rose to 80. Is fatigue a possible effect of this drug? I will bounce all this off my surgeon, or one of his nurses, tomorrow. Thanks you.
