Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would explain that the fatigue and dizziness could be related to the head trauma or any other metabolic disorder (anemia, low blood pressure, dehydration, etc.).

Coming to this point, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests:
- complete blood count
- a resting ECG
- blood electrolytes.

A brain CT scan to exclude delayed intracranial hemorrhage may be needed.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
