Is Feeling Of Fatigue After Retirement From Work A Normal Thing?

Hi, I retired at 54 in July 2013. We had lots of travel then renovated a house we moved into. Now this year i feel like a bird let out of its cage. We have a sort of routine including picking up piano lessons (I used to play) and some ministry work. But now I m so tired. This is not me. Is this normal retirement feeling?

Hi,
Nothing to worry, this is temporary feeling when you free from all day work through your life and got sudden free without any specific work to do.
It is very good thing that you joined piano lesson which is your favorite hobby.
Pass some time after your this hobby.
Go for some good exercise like walking, swimming in the morning.
Pass some time to worship god as one does not get enough time for spending worshiping god during active life.
Go for routine check up like EKG, lipid profile etc at this age.
Do some light work like gardening and helping your wife in daily routine which will keep you fit physically.
Take some multivitamin supplements which will help from tiredness due to age process.
Gradually you will adjust your life according to this stage of life.
Ok and wish you good interesting life.
