General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I don't think that it can be related to masturbation. It can be related to walking out of bed too quickly and possibly hypotension happened. If it was an isolated episode there is no need to worry but if it is repeated you should get checked doing an ECG and blood work.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
