Is Fefol Needed To Take During Pregnancy?
I am 16 weeks pregnant but I stopped taking fefol around 12 weeks, my iron levels were fine when I had a cheek up. But I'm wondering should I start taking fefol again? It made me a little sick when I was taking it but I'm think about the baby and think I should start taking it again...???
