Is Fetal Heart Rate Of 138 Bpm A Cause For Concern?

Iam 7 weeks pregnant and my hcg levels are 6810 they have fallen down from my last number was 8200.. I have no bleeding now.. I had some spotting on September 5 th.. I even had two ultrasounds the baby s heartbeat was 138 bpm. Is there a chance of miscarriage. Please let me know.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Fetal heart beat will be around 140 beats per minute in the initial stages of gestation and it is normal. Also, it states that the pregnancy is viable.
But since you have history of spotting, you need to be careful as it carries a risk for miscarriage.
Since you are stating that hCG levels are found to be down, it would be ideal for you to consult Gynecologist at the earliest as you might require medications in the form of progesterone to sustain and continue with pregnancy.
Take adequate rest and do not do any streanous physical activity. Eat healthy food and drink good quantities of fluids.
