Is Fibromyalgia, Related With Pain In Nipples With Prickly Sensation In Hips And Leg?

ok so i get this prickly feeling under my left nipple and occassional prickly sensations in left arm hip and leg. I also have a sensation like a twinge/ache in my left side which moves all over but is currently under my arm and feel like it is in my ribs. I have a knotty crunchy back on the left side when i roll my shoulders i can hear it! thinking costochindritis or fibromyalgia
