piece of flesh hanging beside my uvula, im 32 y/o, smoking for 14years now, i have dry throat even though i drank water already i feel my mucosal linning is damaged, been taking ciprobay for 3nights now, seeing if this might be an infection. please ease my thoughts, it this cancer?

.so better to visit hospital and get the biopsy done
