Is Fluctuation In Body Temperature Normal While Recovering From Pneumonia?

My 20 month daughter has pnuemonia, just out of hospital, was on a 3 day course of strong antibiotics, did have fevers also. But today her temp is around 35 degrees... Is this normal for a child to fluctuate body temp while recovering from illness? Or should I be worried?

Discussion:-If this was the confirmed pneumonia and patient is on antibiotic, then this is nothing to worry because in convalescence phase such clinical fluctuation is common as long as the body temperature is concern.
Medication:- Continue the prescribed medicines
Advise:- Nothing to worry, everything would be fine soon
Comments:- Certain symptoms are very common in paediatric age group that dose not need any treatment because that may not be due to any disease.
