Is Flying After Whiplash Concussion Safe?

son suffered whiplash type of concussion a week ago. No loss of consciousness. No present visual or audible disturbances, mild headache which has gotten progressively better, concentration issues...is it safe to fly commercially for an hour and half later this week?
