Is Flying Safe With Swollen Foot?

hi, i broke my 5th metatarsal 4 weeks ago and i just got my cast removed yesterday. Its hurting a bit and its still a bit swolen and also i cant step on it completly. Im travelling in two days on a 20 hour long plane. what should i do? im afraid it might get swolen on the plane
