Is Foam And Fluid Coming Out Of Vagina Harmful To Fetus?

HI, i am about 4 months pregnant and i recently went to the bathroom, i first urinated and had to go #2 ....since i was constipated i tryed forceing it out, since i did so gas came out my virgina followed by some foam and fluid. i wanted to know if that had any harm to the fetus and if it is a medical issue?
