Is Follicle In Ovaries Normal During Pregnancy?

I am 10weeks pregnant following icsi ivf. I had an emergency scan at 9weeks due to severe abdo pain. Informed my ovaries are over enlarged and leaking fluid into abdo also a 14mm follicle seen in one of the ovaries. I dont understand why the follicle is there after egg collection and could it be a cyst. Should I be worried about any of these ssymptoms and will they affect my baby
