Is Follicle Thickness 3 Mm A Cause For Concern?

Dr i take treatment for folical growth tab Clofert 50 mg5day, tab lynoral 0.01mg next 5 days paricontin f1daly, tab dydrogesteron 10 mg 1od,my age 42 my other report normal my husband. 11th dayusgshow no dominant folical thickness 3mm then please ask me can I got pregnant,,,

Hello
You are taking clomifne , lynoral , paricontine , and dydrogesterone tablets for ovulation stimulation and stabilization of fertilized ovum.
But the cause of concern is size of follicle . As you mentioned that the size of dominant follicle on 11th days is just 3 mm .
This is NOT a proper side for maturation for dominant follicle as it must be around 19 to 20 mm of day 14th 15th.
While on day 11th it must be 12-14 mm but in your case it is 3 mm .
I am sorry to say that in this month ( mentioned in the query , you can't get pregnancy ) .
Try for next month provided every parameters up to standard you can get pregnancy with help of these drugs.
So consult your infertility specialist and get his opinion.
