My wife s heart rate, when walking has gone up to 150. Her resting heart rate is about 72-80. She s has had an echo Cardiogram where there was some regergation , - halter monitor and a non admitting visit to the ER where they advised she has Tachacardia, nothing wrong. She s 5 4 110 lbs has severe anxiety depression and can only sleep 3-5 hrs, w/2 sleeping, and has anxiety when eating.I feel that her loss of weight from not eating enough has weakened her heart and caused the Tachacardia she s experiencing. My question is can the Tachacardia be reversed by building up her heart muscle through walking and eating more heart healthy foods?
