Is Foracort Advisable Over Asthalin For Asthma And Allergy?

Sir before this I used asthalin, now m using foracort 200. Can u please tell me which is better from these two..? Hi Sir M lijin,age 27,Asthma and allergy is there for me for the past 15 yrs & for these years I consulted different doctors but no one could help me, atlast m using foracort 200 & mist L tablets but whenever I stop this allergy and asthma come back. .is there any chance to cure my problem. ..?

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to understand few key issues. First, that complete cure may not be possible but controling asthma is possible. Also that one treatment may not be permanently used and regular step up and step down therapies will.be used based on symptomatic situation. Meanwhile regularly Montelukast may be taken at night alongside inhaler of long acting beta agonist as well as inhalational steroids. Regular follow up is a must.
