Is Formic 200mg Right Medication For Fever, Sore Throat And Rhinitis?

i am having mild fever,sore throat,rhinitis and mild head ache.i want go for antibiotic...formic 200 mg is with me....is that a good choice of medicine....last time i took these medicine for the same symptoms...that time it is prescribed by a physician... i am 25 age male..
