Is Frequent Urination And Pain In Groin Normal During Treatment For Prostrate Infection?

hi,
I am a 24 yr old male who was diagnosed with a prostate infection and have been taking cipro 500mg twice daily for 7 days now and have started having trouble urinating and pain in groin area below belly button as well as urinating on average 20 times a day. Should i be concerned?
