Is Frequent Urination Common After Passing Kidney Stones?

A few weeks ago I had a cystoscopy (bladder) ever since then, running to the bathroom up to 6x a night; but I also had an ultrasound and they saw a small kidney stone (calculus) in the right kidney; could the kidney stone cause me to go so frequently - also in the morning hours? In short, is it a bladder problem or a kidney problem or both. Sooo, what next? Thanks, Dr.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the kidney stone then infection is very likely to be associated and both these need to be managed accordingly it is most advisable to initiate the "Di sodium hydrogen citrate " liquid 20 ml three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
