Is Frequent Urination Normal After A Miscarriage?

Hey - i was 7-8 weeks pregnant and my dr gave me a needle x2 ( i'm 17 so i really donn't think having a child was the right thing for me right now ) anyway this needle is sort of a DC but after 5 days of the needle i was to take these pills to force my unterius to contract and force me to have a miscarriage - which it all went smoothy. Anyway it has been 3 days since and i'm still peeing frequently, is this normal? like i go tote bathroom and instantly after i feel th pressure to go again.
