Is Fresh Blood Bleeding With Large Clots And No Pain Normal?

I had a Mirena coil fitted approx 2 years ago over the last couple of months ive started to have a period again the last couple were quite short and old brown blood, but this month i started on Monday
and its very fresh blood and have been passing quite large clots i have no pain is this normal.
