Is Friedreich Ataxia Curable?

hi i am Nepali friedriech ataxia patient.since12 yrs i am suffering from FA.now i am 30 yrs old,i can't walk alone,i need support from people. because of Nepali i can't get facilities.doing hardly work i now passed my master in business studies(MBS),but still i don't get an opportunity for work,i have great interest to be a banker but in Nepal i can't get chance.................can i be treated in future,till whn will be medicine for FA will be found.
