Is Full Hysterectomy Only Solution For Endometriosis?

Hi. I have high blood pressure, endometriosis and fibromyalgia. I have had a mirena in for 2 years now but it has moved. Since the mirena has been in I have had lower back pain, lower stomach pain, slight bowel bleeding, nausea, diarrhoea, headaches, dizzyness, depression and grumpyness, and I don't want to get out of bed. My last endometriosis operation 2 years ago was when the mirena was put in. After the last operation I felt really good for the first 3-4 months, and my gyno said that he had to have the operation go longer because my endometrosis was so bad that he had to cut a lot of it out. I am single, 36, have never had kids and do not want any. I am currently on the waiting list for another endometrosis operation where my gyno wants to remove my mirena and put another one in. I do not think that this is the way to go for me. Can you please advise me of other options, I am thinking of a partial or full hystorectomy, but because of my age docs are refusing do do it. Should I keep trying until I find a gyno who will do it, or are there other options available to me? Please advise. Thanks.
