Is Gemcall Or Cipcel Pills Effective For Forearm Pain?

i'm a gymnastic. its been a week that ive been feeling pain in my forarms. i've been advised by the coach to take gemcall tabs. but i'm thinking to have cipcel. i'd like to know which one is more effective or else can you recommend me other medicines that i can go for.pls reply
