Is Generic Lexapro Safe While On Wellbutrin?
My doctor, a psychiatrist at the U of Michigan whom I had an on going appointment today has decided
with discussion to change my night time Celexa to Lexapro lowest dosage for three weeks, to call her,
ten and we will decide to go up or stay the same. I am to call her if I need to and will see her in three
months to go over affect, etc. I am also on Wellbutrin in the am, the highest dose. Seem to have
no problems with its use. Does all of this sound "kosher" to you. Actially, due to electrical heard
disfunction, I will be prescribed the generic Lexapro.

I can understand your concern. Lexapro is Escitalopram and the drug is a SSRI drug. The drug is commonly used for depressive disorders and anxiety. The drug is a safe drug free of serious side effects. Wellbutrin is Bupropion and the drug is commonly used as add on drug for depressive disorders especially in resistant cases. The drug has no serious interactions with Escitalopram and you can use both drugs together without any worries. Please take these drugs as per prescribed doses only.
