Is Generic Oxycodone Effective For Pain Relief?

ok i have been taking oxycodone 20 mil 4xaday for 40plus months it has been very effective until i filled my script 2 days ago the pill i got was different than last script in size and color . i am not getting any where near the pain relief from this new pill and getting feelings of withdrawl i am wondering is there such a thing as a bad generic? or fake?
