Is Getting A Coloured Discharge Normal After An Abortion?

I had an abortion 2-3 weeks ago. I ve had protected sex. Also just started my pill and I ve got a yellowish creamy discharge sometimes watery coming out? Is this normal after an abortion. It doesn t smell of anything. Also it s quite itchy aswell. What is it?
