Dear all. I have a backer s nevus type stain that appeared at the age of Hhtbrot, stain found in the rib area darker brown color of my skin is flat and without hairs. I would like to know if medically possible (technically possible) to get a tattoo on the spot to cover it and whether there is a risk to increase the risk of skin cancer ???
