Is Getting Dark Green Vomiting With Specs Of Blood,a Sign Of Miscarriage?

I am 11 weeks pregnant and have been throwing up non-stop since about two in the after noon. i havent been able to sleep at all and just started vomitting a darker green with specs of blood. what does this mean? is my baby okay? is this a sign of a miscarriage? im going to the ER right now to make sure everything is fine. please help
