Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You could be having migraine attack if the pain starts in the back of the neck and then localises to the back of the head. Do you have feeling to vomit or sensitivity to noise and light at that time. If yes, migraine is a possibility. Avoid coffee, smoking, chocolate, loud noise, bright lights. The other possibility could be cervical spondylosis which is due to bad posture of the head. Avoid bending forwards. It increases the pain and discomfort.Sit and stand straight and keep head straight up. You should eat healthy. Get enough sleep. Consult a Neurologist on this for proper diagnosis and management. If you have problem in vision, do get your vision tested as well.
