Is Giddiness And Nausea Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

I am 26 yrs old, im 5'4 and half and weigh 65 kilos, i got my last period on 31st march, now im due for my periods now im feeling giddy nauseatic and weak since past 4 days i also did an ultrasound the dominant follicle for my period was not seen, Am i pregnant?

hi nausea and giddiness are not necessarily signs of pregnancy. they can also occur as pre menstrual signs when you are about to begin your periods.absence of dominant follicle is not an indicator either. you will have to wait till the 28 th day of your cycle to do a urine pregnancy test which will be the most reliable indicator whether you are pregnant or not . till that time start folic acid 5 mg daily as a supplement . all the best and take care .
