Is Giving Cymbalta Safe While On Metoprolol And Duloxetine?

my 77 year old mother in law is on several medications that i am worried about clopidogrell,metoprolol duloxetine, amitripyline rantidine, valum, soma, hydrocodone, triamt and cymbalta is this safe for her? she has started staying really dizzy to the point that she falls

Regarding whether cymbalta is safe along with other drugs being prescribed such as metoprolol valium amitriptyline duroxetine hydrocodone triamt I would say yes but it must be spaced out a given time interval to avoid such dizzy symptom she is exhibiting
