Dilo bm syrup is safe for babies , in just half teaspoon three times a day. Wet cough means lungs or respirarory tract is inflamed and producing secretions. For secretions exit expectorant syrup helps to ease breathing..If i have to treat such a patient i will advice augmantum syrup along with vizylac sachets.
