Is Giving Dolo-650 Safe For Fever And Body Pain?

Hi.My daughter is having fever since morning. Primary symptoms and major complaints - body pain, fever. Laboratory Test carried out - M.P. not detected in the morning. Drugs Prescribed: Dio-I,Dolo-650, Uthral. At present she is having fever around 102. Drugs take : Uthral-1 , Dio-l(1-1), Dolo - 650(1-1). Can I give her Dolo-650? probable reasons for fever? tomorrow s advice?

DOLO-650 (paracetamol) is a very safe drug when taken in the right doses. It is usually administered as 10-15mg/kg body weight. You can take DOLO-650 every 6 hrs or 4 times In 24 hrs. We could look for differential diagnosis of Fever if you can tell us more symptoms. Thank you
