Is Giving A Slightly Increased Dosage Of Sinarest To An Infant Harmful?

Hi, my infant is 2 months old. I gave him around 0.7-0.8 ml of sinarest af instead of 0.2 by mistake. Gave him only once yesterday and twice before. please suggest if it is harmful or a cause of concern as I m really worried. I don t plan to give him this medicine any further.

if u have given only once it's not a problem, only thing s he ll be drowsy n sleeps more. do not repeat it again.
