Is Gliosis And Lesions In Both Ganglia On My Mother’s 2023 MRI A Serious Concern?

Hi Sir,My mother had some health issues.In 2019,January 1,she got seizure from bathroom early morning.That time mri brain and eeg normal.After 4 years,I have taken one mri on last March ie .2023.but it s having lesion at both ganglias and Gliosis.Is there anything serious in that report.But 2 weeks back,she experienced one seizure again from a temple.That day,she woke up very early at 2 am for temple visit.Her stomach was empty till seizure. Can you please guide me.
