I have been on 40 mg/day citalpram for 9 years. I am determined to get off it as quickly as possible. I am very physically fit and active so I feel capable. Do I really need to gradually wean myself. I would like an honest answer as I am very determined to do this cold turkey
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern. Discussion:- Citalopram mainly used for functional elements, if you want to come out this condition then it is good, but for that you need to be practical, and it is not big deal you can do this. Medication:- NA Advise:- You can gradually reduce the dosage of this. Comments:- Once you decided to do this then be firm on your decision.
