Is Green Discharge Normal After Pilonidial Cyst Removal?

I had a pilonidial cyst removed july 31. It left a 5cm deep x 4cm long wound which was packed for the first 10 days with the medicated ribbon and gauze packed since. Is it normal to still have a green discharge (no odor) with some blood and hair follicles?

Hi,

No..not normal. Green discharge suggest pseudomonas bacterial infection. You complaint about such problem. Your doctor might give perfect antibiotic to resolve the problem.

Ok..
