Is Growing, Bleeding Red Lump Under Eye During Pregnancy Concerning?

My daughter is aged 20 , 5ft 3 tall, weight @ 126lbs . Shes pregnant and baby due in 3 weeks time. Over last 2 weeks shes developed a red 'lump ' under her left eye - that has ' burst' and bled quite a bit at least 3 times. It seems to be growing in size . Blood pressure is normal. I think this may be a blood blister - but the 'lump' seems harder than I would have expected for a blister - Do you have a view as to what this might be and what should be done ? - To date whe its bled she has cleaned it with antiseptic - there is no sign of infection / pus .
