Is Grumbling In Bowels During Menstruation Due To Leiomyoma?

i'm a med student and we just learned about the female reproductive tract. I noticed I had something that my professor mentioned in class. During my menstruation period, I hear grumbling in my bowels. I hear this only during my menstruation time. Could it be leiomyoma?
