Is Hairfall Associated With Mild Neutropenia?

hi i have a 15yr old girl who has been having severe hair loss after an episode of nits.i treated the nits and the hair loss has been ongoing for 1 and half months.she had a blood test that says she has mild neutropenia.is that associated with hair loss?
