Hello, I ve been taking Venlafaxine ER for approximately two months now. I ve noticed in the past four-five weeks that I m losing alot of hair, when washing, combing, etc. I m a 60 year old female. Could the loss of hair be a side effect of the medication? Thank-you, Vickie Ferguson YYYY@YYYY
Common side effects may include: dizziness, drowsiness, anxiety, feeling nervous, sleep problems (insomnia), nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, changes in weight or appetite, dry mouth, increased sweating and sexual problems. Hair loss is not a listed side effect under this medication.
