Is Having A Follicle On 12th Day, A Positive Sign Of Conceiving ?

i had pcod bt after treatment nw on 12th day i have follical of 20mm on right ovary and 9.8mm on left ovary.... is this positive sign of concieving

The above measurements in the report suggest that, there is growth in the size of the ovarian follicle... This is a good sign,.. Only if the ovulation occurs and fertilization takes place, then we can confirm pregnancy... continue the given medication
