Is Having A Follicle Size Of 29x25 Ed Is Triple Line08mm A Good Indication For Pregnancy?

Hi sir I got married on 14/2/2014,we went for follicular study , on 10 th day follicle size 28x27 Ed is triple line05 mm, 14 th day follicle28x26 Ed is 09 mm, 16 th day follicle29x25 Ed is triple line 08mm, maybe when egg will be realse,it is good indicate for pergency

Thanks for the query.
Usually after reaching around 2x2 cm size, ovum will release.
But as your ovarian follicle is not releasing the ovum after reaching sufficient size also, the possibilities are:
-Insufficient intrafollicular tension
-Lutinized unruptured follicle.
So, better to go for beta hcg injection with your doctor's advice.
In case of delayed ovulation, it can help in inducing ovulation.
But it may not help in Lutinized unruptured follicle.
In that case you have to plan in next cycle.
Discuss with your doctor and follow her advice.
