Is Having A Reddish Tinge To The White Discharge Normal During Pregnancy?
I am 19 weeks pregnant. I have had a cervical stitch at 14 weeks because of incompetent cervix. This is my second pregnancy and the first baby did not survive due to pre term labour.
From past one week I am able to observe that there is reddish tinge in the white dischare. This is something that is making me worried. Is this normal or what could be the reson for this? I have started taking PENTIDS 800 tablet everyday once as per my doctor's advice from the same time. Would this be the cause of spotting in white dischagre?

Hi you had a previous preterm loss and cervical stitch. And have syaryed pentids. If i was your doctor would have taken high vaginal swab and serial scan to look for cervical incompetence. Exibit antibiotics if culture postive. Put you on cervical stitch if found incompetent.also give suportive tocolytic medicine and natural progestogen which might act by preventing preterm labour. Hope it helps to plan successful outcome. Good luck.
