Is Having Esophagitis, Gastritis And Duodenitis Serious?

Hi, my name is Laila..i ve been diagnosed with esophagitis, gastritis and duodenitis I want to know pls how serious is this....? The only thing done to me for investigation was enendoscopy..can that alone be sufficient to know what s wrong with me?....my symptoms are: nausea when I get Hungry, palpitations and slight symptoms of heart attack but my heart was checked, its normal they said, pneumonia, pains from my groin to my thighs, extreme fatigue, sleepy during the day, confussion sometimes, stiff neck..sometimes it blockes.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, over all symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and this could be GERD and may not be other disease and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, and this need to be given for at least six weeks, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
