Is Having Frequent Heart Palpitations Along With Low BP A Cause For Concern?

I have frequent heart palpitations. My blood pressure is normally low at 104/66. I was on a flight from Denver to Orange County this weekend and my pulse would skip a beat regularly at a count of 1,2,3-skip,1,2,3skip . Last night my blood pressure was 123/75. I usually feel these palpatations when I get anxious or lay on my left side for sleeping. My cardiologist is Dr. Lawrence Santoro at St.Joseph s in Orange, Ca. He has said that heart palpatations are common in women and doesn t have a specific answer for them
