Is Having Non Penetrative Sex Safe Post Vaginal Hysterectomy?

I had a vaginal hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. I had a infection 4 days after surgery and was on IV antibiotics after 2 days i was sent home with 7 days of oral antibiotics. I have stopped bleeding but still have discharge. So I am wondering if it s safe to have clitoral stimulation without penetration or is it dangerous?
