Is Having Polyp Followed By Yeast Infection Concerning?

i normally have a 8 day period last month it lasted from the 5 to the 24 went to my gyn checked me said i had a fibroid but then took a biopsy to make sure gave me provera for 10 days bleeding stoped my should come on the 7 of feb had very light to no bleeding brownish at times for 4 days got a yeast infection called my gyn doc said results of biopsy were normal gave me a cream for three days yestreday i use it took the tube out after placing cream on tube very light blood today i had very red spotting now doc tells me its because i have a little polp not to worry should i not?
