Is Hay Fever A Side Effect Of Amias Drug?

I was on Ramapril 10.5 for HIgh Blood pressure and I was always coughing.It was changed to Amias 16mg and still cough a little but not so much..Bit now I get hay fever. Is this a normal
reaction to these drugs and are there other drugs without these reactions
